Because of security restrictions in place I am not able to have automatic connection of local resources in Citrix. When I connect a Thinstation a script maps back to the local resources which are shared via samba server (e.g. Net use * \\%clientname%\floppy "" /user: /persistent:no) However when this is done, logging on to a Citrix session then back to the ICEWM desktop "does something". Something not good. Because once back at the desktop any attempt to relaunch the Citrix desktop session hangs at the "Connecting to server . . ." point. Preventing the resource mapback seems to resolve the problem. I was not aware of this problem before Thinstation v2.1 - possibly it is ICA client version related. Does anyone have the slightest idea what might be going on? Even better does anyone know how to sort this out?
