Just put the firefox.pkg and flash.pkg in the same place as initrd and vmlinuz. Make sure to have this line in build.con: param localpkgs true Also make sure to have this in thinstation.conf.(buildtime or user): PKG_PACKAGES="firefox flash" I suggest you experiment with a CD-RW not to waste too much time.
