You'll need no more than 18-20 MB for your setup. However, you can't break the 16 MB limit in TS 2.0.x, but just put Firefox as a pkg and you are fine. TS 2.1 will have no initrd size limit. When running Firefox you'll need 96 MB RAM or more and a decent CPU.
