[Thinstation-general] proxy settings or bypass download

Is there any trick to getting the proxy settings working?  I have added
the proxy to the build.conf file.  I ran ./build and when it tries to
download, it just times out.  It does resolve the address.  Is there a
way to just bypass downloading the client and just put the compressed
file in a certain folder?  I tried to put the compressed file in the
wget_tmp folder, but that didnt work.  Thanks!!
