Are you aware that you can just build-in any option you like to the iso 
image? Rename thinstation.conf.example as thinstation.conf.buildtime, edit 
it to your needs and build the image.

Of course you'll have to rebuild for each different iso, but that's 
probably faster than working around with an iso editor.
