[Thinstation-general] Making a boot cd with no floppy

I was wondering if you recommended a specific ISO editor for adding the
config file to the ISO.  I want to do this to eliminate the need for the
floppy disk.  I have tried a couple editors, with no success.  I added
the config file to the root of the ISO.
