My *rubbish_but_working* way to publish now - local & FTP:
Save/copy the file >user.xml< (in program root), make a copy
of it (your localhost-work) and rename/backup it. Copy the
same file and implement your FTP dates. Rename its file to
anything you like (ftp_user.xml). Switch between your
renamed files with the same work...
Only way to publish at this moment! And i hope too, that we
can see another ways...
