The vertical scrolling is done in different ways for events on different sides of the center line. All events scroll to or from the center line. So when dragging the mouse in a vertical direction... which way should the scrolling go?

Suggested solution: Click and drag anywhere on the timeline area should also move the horizontal line if the drag is in the vertical direction.

The divider line can now be adjusted with mouse dragging
