This is more or less a feature. The idea is not to refresh
lists in order to keep (slow) database accesses as low as
possible. You need to click the refresh Button or click
again on "Customer,Contacts..." to see the latest entries.
If you cannot see the refresh button on the right top of the
list then you have to enlarge the content frame by making
the left menue frame smaller. Then click again on contacts
to see all Buttons.
