#11 create date & update date is null in Article

create date and update date in Article is null. This
field in null when we do create or update on Article.

When I checked the schema for article table, there is NO field
for create_date or modified_date field. When I click on an
article title in the 'view articles' section, the article is
displayed with empty "created at" text. Is this the bug being
referred here? please clarify and re-assign to me.
