BREAKING CHANGE IN MATRIX IMPLEMENTATION: All vislib-style matrix classes are now deprecated; replacement is incomplete!
Changed the::equatable to use CRTP instead of virtual method.
Changed guard of D3D math to reflect that D3D10+ uses XNA math while D3D9 uses D3DX.
