Moved StreamExtensions to The.System.IO in order to match future extension library structure.
Added StreamExtensions for WinRT.
Added SimpleMessageExtensions for WinRT.

symbol import export macros removed.
log is now a connectable_singleton (for the default channel).
connectable_singleton now uses the traits class connectable_singleton_id_provider to access the type version ids; stack_trace and trace extended accordingly.
ImportExportTest regression test passed.
