Moved system stuff to system namespace.
Renamed THE_FORCEINLE to THE_FORCE_INLINE to reflect naming policy for all-upper
identifiers.
Renamed functioncast.h to function_cast.h to match name of content.
Renamed ASSERT to THE_ASSERT, but kept ASSERT for backward compatibility.
