#7 '\' characters are not escaped

The Guide 1.6, Windows XP

Steps to reproduce:
- Run The Guide
- Tree > Add Top-level Page
- Name the page "\" (without the quotes)
- Export the file to RTF
- View the RTF file in Wordpad, and notice that the heading text is "\cf0" instead of "\"

'\' character is taken care in v2.0dev2. However other characters (e.g. { ) also have the same problem. Will be fixed completely in v2.0dev3.
