#19 Context menu broken on multi-monitor setup

Right-clicking in The Guide while it's on my secondary monitor brings up the context menu on the far side of my primary monitor.

More detail:
Using Windows XP, and The Guide 2.0
Two monitors: right-hand one is primary, left-hand one is secondary.
Moved The Guide to the left hand monitor.
Right clicked.
Context menu appeared on the right-hand side of my primary monitor (i.e. as far away from The Guide as it could be)

I've uploaded a patch that fixes this issue. See Tracker->patches. Maybe we can get someone to add it to the next official release.
