1. Use thin lines
2. Top menu bar & lower block for privacy statement -
thereshould be balance
3. Banner is subject to discussion
4. Same layout (top/left/botton should be followed)
5. Forms should have a clearly made right panel with
headings of sub forms.

Requests are dupulicate with the web beatification excel file.

1. The lines of the heading and right panel look fine to me. I
will check the other pages if there are lines needed to be
modified.

2. Not sure the require here. Won't make any change for now.
