#113 Wrong order of error messages - LeaderMainRegistration

If you do not enter the day phone for Community Leader
Registration form, the error message alerts first give
email is required, then agree to the contract and finally
phone number is required. The error messages should be
in the order in which the required fields are displayed on
the form.
