When an exisitng user name and organization name is
entered, the form first prompts "Organization Name
already exists......." before "Username you have
selected exists......".
The form on my testing side displayed the username message
first. Only, the displayed message was not completely visible.
It was hidden by the menu tabs on the top of the page.
