Its been a long time between CVS commits.

Eugene (shiva10) is currently unavailable to do any development with 'thecity', however I intend to continue the development of 'thecity'.

I've also started to port it so that it will compile and run on the Win32 platform as well (providing a bigger userbase).

In fact, it is _very_ active, and much devel work is being done (see CVS), besides the creation of graphics, and reformat of the website.

A few ready pieces of code were uploaded into the CVS.
