First off, let me thank you from the bottom of my heart. My father-in-law recently had to have his tongue removed due to cancer. This had stopped his communication almost completely with the only exception being him writing notes. Last week, while visiting, I noticed him writing frantically and waving his notes in front of the rest of us wanting desperately to be a part of the conversation. That led me to searching for a text to speech program online. I found several available, but yours was much easier to use. At this point the only problem I have seen is the voice choice is sort of robotic and a little difficult at times to understand. In all fairness, he has only had the program for a week and I am not real familiar with ways to add voices. We are looking into purchasing a small netbook for him to use instead of his bulky laptop. Any ideas you can share would greatly be appreciated. The program has bee a God Send!
