Some of them are dock widgets. This cannot be directly transferred to the internal viewer. An additional frame could be used, but e.g. there is no simple solution to change the placement (left/bottom), like you can do with the dock widgets. Also it costs additional space, which is rare if you have structure + source + pdf. So it might not be used too often. I'm not decided if the internal viewer necessarily needs all features of the external one (wouldn't harm of course, if it has).
