#483 Toggle comment shortcut

it would be great to have a toggle comment shortcut instead of using two seperate shortcuts for comment/uncomment.

a suggestion for the "comment" command: the commented text would more readable if the "comment" command introdueced a % sign plus a single space at the beginning of the line

This can be achieved using a user script (Macros -> Edit Macros). See the Advanced Comment Toggle Example in the wiki.
