#256 Shortcuts and toolbars preferences lacks search or filter

It would be very convenient for configuration and learning TexStudio to have "fast search" textbox in Shortcut and Toolbars properties
(user types "pdf" and menu items containing PDF are filtered and expanded automatically)

As an example, Kile allows you to search through shortcuts when editing them. I have still not been able to find comment/uncomment in the tree-organized list! I know the default shortcuts but that doesn't help!
