#1043 Enhanced structure-view on included tex-files

Hi there,

i am working an big documents and splitting them into one tex-file for each chapter.
So the structure-view results in something like this Structureview

It would be very handy to be able to set an option that the structure-view show the actual structure of the resulting document, like the chapters are in the main-document. This would make the navigation in the whole project much easier.
