#2062 Scrolling problem

I have downloaded the version 2.12.2. Everything looks fine, only I have an issue with scrolling the editor or the pdf window. It does not work. Sometimes it jumps, sometimes it does not work, sometimes it scrolls automatically. The problem is not definitely from my mouse since it works fine in other software or windows. Please fix this bug since it is really annoying.

Please check if you have one of the options "Cursor follows scrolling" or "Scrolling follows cursor" enabled in the pdf viewer. The can result in the described behavior. If you don't know they're active, that can be unexpected.
