#2041 Claimed features do not work on Win7

Hi, can you please explain (or provide a link) what information you need from me to assess why claimed features do not work on my setup, since this might apply to others using win7? For example, this feature request got closed and has no follow up even after I specified that the problem persists (https://sourceforge.net/p/texstudio/feature-requests/1204/). This also applies to https://sourceforge.net/p/texstudio/feature-requests/1012/, where I observe the opposite of the expected behaviour.

Now, I might not be including the necessary info for you to assess if it is a problem on your side or on my side. Or, it would be good to know if it is a won't-fix case.

see there. Don't expect to always receive an answer within a day. This is voluntary work we do in our free time. Also it helps to specify the problem exactly, not just saying 'it does not work'. We need a full minimal example to reprocude the behavior, especially in cases where it seems to depend on the configuration (Setup/OS/Version/used files). See also Reporting Bugs.

is still open. I haven't had time to look into this on Win 7 (works for me on Win10). Please be patient.
