My version of texstudio 2.11.2 (from opensuse) now always does a compile biber compile cycle even if the bib is unchanged. If i uncheck the specific box (vor dem Übersetzen aktualisieren) this stops of course but it is reproducable.

This still happens for me with version 2.12.4 on Windows 7 64-Bit. I was still using version 2.10.8 previously because of the past dropbox issues, so I don't know which version introduced it.
With v2.12.4 every time I press "Build & View" or "Compile" Texstudio does the full cycle "pdflatex->biber->pdflatex->pdflatex".

Both versions use the exact same config. Only disabling "Check and update bibliography before compiling" resolves the issue on v2.12.4.
