The autogenerated cwl file for wrapfig includes \wrapfigure#S and \endwrapfigure#S, but not \begin{wrapfigure} (with its arguments) or \end{wrapfigure}, so that the actual environment is marked as wrong in documents. There seems to be a problem with the detection specifically for this package, since it works correctly e.g. for the package quoting, where \begin{quoting}#S and \end{quoting}#S are in the autogenerated cwl file.

(This is, from my perspective, more a for-the-record, low-priority bug report since you can easily circumvent the problem by adding \begin{wrapfigure}[nlines]{placement}[overhang]{width} and \end{wrapfigure} to the cwl file, but I thought I’d still post this here.)

Hm, does that mean your autogenerated cwl file does contain \begin{wrapfigure}... or that it is not marked as incorrect nonetheless?

it means that the autogenerated contains \begin ...
But as you said, it is minor and the best way to remedy it, is to provide a complete cwl.
If you want to provide that we are happy to integrate it.
