#1819 Incorrect handling of structure entries that span multiple lines
Steps to reproduce:
Press enter. The section is duplicated in the structure, once with the old name. Once with the new name.
Every edit on the new line adds an additional entry in the structure men:
As soon as you edit the starting line, the correct state of the structure is restored.
