#1708 Capitalized letters at beginning of a comment always produce a new TODO item

Hello team,

at first, thank you for great work on that awesome texeditor!

I notices a change in behavior which i couldn't find documented in the changelogs:

Comments followed by two capitalized letters produce a new TODO-item.
As some latex-commands actually start with two cap letters (DIVcalc, BCOR2mm as options of document class, for example) and i myself tend to use a lot of cap comments for better structuring my documents, this doesn't seem nice to me.

I apologize if this is meant to be a feature. ;)
