#1579 TeXstudio portable starts a second time from SumatraPDF

As I reported here, I think there is a bug in the latest versions of TeXstudio

Please check again with the current 2.10.8. If the problem still exist:

1) Run Help -> Check LaTeX Installation. There's a section:

TeXstudio:
Path        : C:\Program Files (x86)\TeXstudio\texstudio.exe
Program call: C:\Program Files (x86)\TeXstudio\texstudio.exe
Setting file: C:\Users\Tim\AppData\Roaming\texstudio\texstudio.ini

Compare it between the two instances and note any differences.

2) Provide your texstudio.ini

1) When I run TexStudio for the first time they are the same:

TeXstudio:
Path        : my_path\TeXstudio\texstudio.exe
Program call: my_path\TeXstudio\texstudio.exe
Setting file: my_path\TeXstudio\texstudio.ini

but when I double click in SumatraPDF and it opens a second instance of TexStudio they are different:

Path        : my_path\TeXstudio\texstudio.exe
Program call: my_path\TeXstudio\texstudio.exe file_path\filename.tex -line 70
Setting file: my_path\TeXstudio\texstudio.ini

is this important?

2) I don't want to provide my full texstudio.ini, but these are the lines (I think) you are interested in:

Tools\Commands\view-pdf-external=\"portable_apps_path\\PortableApps\\SumatraPDFPortable\\SumatraPDFPortable.exe\" -reuse-instance -inverse-search \"\"\"\"my_path\\TeXstudio\\texstudio.exe\"\"\" \"\"\"%%f\"\"\" -line %%l\" \"?am.pdf\"

Tools\Commands\user0="dde:///\"portable_apps_path\\PortableApps\\SumatraPDFPortable\\SumatraPDFPortable.exe\":SUMATRA/control/[ForwardSearch(\"?am.pdf\",\"?c:am.tex\",@,0,0,1)]"

as you can notice now I'm using the portable version of SumatraPDF from PortableApps.
With both functionalities (External Viewer and custom user command) it has the same problem.
