TXS does not need any authentication data. It should not try to access the key chain. Until we've found out what's going on, you should deny the request.
Did you download the official file from sourceforge?
Which version are you using?

Maybe that is why osx complains.

Yes. I've downloaded the official dmg from here http://sourceforge.net/projects/texstudio/files/texstudio/TeXstudio%202.8.6/texstudio_2.8.6_osx.dmg/download.
The strange thing is that TXS it's not asking for access to the keychain when I start it but after I open a file.

I have never seen a question for accessing keychains either ..
