#1611 Various windows do not scale

In TeXnicCenter 2.02 stable on Windows 10, the contents of the Outline, Environments and Build Output windows do not scale with system scaling. The other windows and tool bars scale fine. Please see the attached screenshot as an example of 200% scaling.
