I was able to get it working by editing the output profile at menu item "Build"/"Define Output Profiles..." Under the Viewer tab make sure the path is correct - the new version has changed to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroRd32.exe on my PC.
Then name the DDE server acroviewR15
