[RG: already in feature requests]
(b) will check for .ind file before makeindex calling
(if not exist, are not necessary to call make index)
(c) will check for \citation ocurrence on .aux file
before BiBTex calling (if not occur, are not necessary
to call BiBTex)
(d) If option (a) are checked: will call LaTex one time
when makeindex are used, and two times when BibTex
are used (to solve cross referencing)

Will add option for "prompt for parameter" to input
desired parameter value when execute postprocessor. It
provides more flexibility for program as dvips, ps2pdf,
latex2html, etc

[LaTeX]
(b) and (c) should not be implemented, in my opinion. It is
already possible to configure the project that way, that BibTeX and
MakeIndex are called or not called.
(d): This will already be
implemented by the "Final Build Option" feature request (together with
(a)). There it will be possible to use tools like texify or configure a number of
LaTeX-Runs.
[postprocessor] "prompt for parameter" or better
"prompt for arguments" is needed not only for the postprocs, but also for
tools.
Adds too much complexity.
