I would like to suggest an improvement on the syntax highlighting for TeXnicCenter. I would prefer the current blue highlights be set in bold. In addition, I would like to see terms in curly brackets and square brackets (including the brackets) to be highlighted in another colour, e.g. green, and again set in bold. This would really let the commands stand out from the text. One way of providing this to make them available as options somewhere in the Options menu. Many thanks and keep up the good work.

    I've just noticed that the requested feature is already somewhere in the Options -- Text Format menu, but is still not being implemented properly.

    +1 for this.

    I love TXC, but I always thought that syntax highlighting was a weak spot. The highligting options are rather limited, and the dialogs (Options -> Text Format -> Colors) are clumsy to work with -- e.g. take a look at how Tinn-R does a better job at syntax highlighting: https://sourceforge.net/projects/tinn-r/
