It should be possible to save the current file as a
template. This command should be available directly
under "Save copy as..."

A file dialog should popup with the project template folder
opened. The dialog should have a drop down list with all
template directories. And a note, that one needs to save
it in a subfolder. Maybe the Save button should be
disabled, if the user is not in a subdir.

Additionally, the user should be able to add a description
and this should be written to the top of the file. It should
overwrite an existing description. The existing description
should be read before and displayed in the file dialog as
well.

On a similar note, windows install should create the
    C:\Program Files\TeXnicCenter\Templates\Documents\General
directory by default and perhaps include a readme file in
the templates directory explaining that only files in the
    subdirectories within Templates\Documents\ and
Templates\Projects will appear in TeXnic Center. Thanks!
