#312 Save all button doesnt recognize unsaved files

Create a new file, Write soething in it, try to click on \"Save all\". Nothing happens. Clicking on \"Save\" triggers the \"Save as\" window. I can reproduce the problem every time on the RC1. This is quite confusing if you have some files open and create a new one. It doesnt recognize that the new one wasn\'t saved.
