#10 Per document preamble

Please give an option to save the preamble in the document rather than globally.

Otherwise, when you pass a document to someone else, if you have a personalized preamble the equations might become unprocessable by him/her.

It is certainly possible to embed custom content in opendocument files, either in personal files added to the manifest or by using some xml schema extensions.
Alternatively (and possibly simpler), a document custom property, say 'texmath_preamble' could be used for this task.

I would like to add that this seems to me a more sensible choice than the 'multiple preamble option' at ID 3501980.
