#34 Screwy looking SVG equation images produced by TexMath with LibreOffice in Linux

TexMaths on my system creates SVG files which, upon saving and reloading
the document file (*.odt), gives a very ugly (erroneous) looking equations.

My OS: Linux Debian 7.0 (stable), 64-bit, kernel package version
3.10-0.bpo.2-amd64 . Desktop is xfce 4.8.0.3.

LibreOffice package versions (debian):

• version 3.5.4: 1:3.5.4+dfsg2-0+deb7u2 (included in Debian distro).
  The "About" dialog box shows:

  LibreOffice 3.5.4.2 Build ID: 350m1(Build:2)

• version 4.0.4: debian package version 4.0.4.2-2 (built by libreoffice.org)
  and the "About" box shows:

  Version 4.0.4.2 (Build ID: 9e9821abd0ffdbc09cd8c52eaa574fa09eb08f2)

It seems that the screwy things are related to the Greek letters.

I can remedy the problem by recompiling each one (reopening the eqn in
the TexMaths dialogbox and press "Latex" button), but this is not great.
I have so many equations and can't afford doing this repeatedly.

I can't reproduce the bug on my Ubuntu box. Could you give me some more information:

• dvisvgm version?
• does it work with PNG format?

The PNG format worked fine. The dvisvgm version is: 1.0.11, Debian package: (from dpkg -l):
