Hello!
I have just installed LibreOffice 6.2.3.2 (x64) in my Windows 10. Soon after installing LibreOffice, I installed TexMaths 0.46. Following the TeXMaths website recommendations, I disabled OpenGL rendering. I configured the TeXMaths paths as follows:
C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\x64\latex.exe
C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\x64\xelatex.exe
C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\x64\dvipng.exe
C:\Program Files\MiKTeX 2.9\miktex\bin\x64\dvisvgm.exe
Using LibreOffice Writer, I open TeXMaths Equations. I type my equation and insert it by clicking the "LaTeX" button. The following dialog appears (see attachment). As you can see, the error dialog says that there is a BASIC exception, of type Runtime Exception.
No similar error occurs when I use TeXMaths Equations in LibreOffice Impress. In Impress everything works smoothly.
I hope I have provided enough information, but let me know if I can clarify anything further.
Thank you so much for helping!
LibreOffice version 6.2.3 has introduced a bug that breaks TexMaths (see https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=125039). This will be fixed in version 6.2.4.
You can either wait for the new LO version (foreseen at the end of the month), or revert to LO version 6.2.2.
Thank you very much for clarifying the origin of the problem! I look forward to the new LO version.
Thanks for the information !
The 6.2.4 pre-release of LibreOffice has come out, so you can try it. See at the end of this page https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/.
Yes, this is fixed in 6.2.4.
I leave this open to inform other users...
