It seems that the outline still waits for events from the
old file, however that is possible. This might well be an
Eclipse "feature", hard to say at this point.
Nvertheless, closing the editor window of the file whose
name was changed and reopening it restored a fully working
outline for me, so I'm lowering the priority of this bug.
