Project Created
The Tex2RTF code was being maintained under the Jazz++ project due to wxWidgets abandoning this code. The Jazz++ developers are in the process of updating Jazz++ to version 2.9 of wxWidgets and Tex2RTF needed to do likewise. This meant it was time to create an independent project for Tex2RTF and here it is.
