[Testrunner-users] Hang in editing test case

I can't seem to edit test cases.  The UI hangs at the "Status:" field
(that is the last thing printed).  I commented out that line in the cgi
and then it hung at "Tags".

I tried the fix in one of the test runner rocks (changing the join to
use quotes instead of \).  This did nothing to help.
