Name Testrunner may infringe on US trademark

The name of this project, Testrunner, is a registered trademark of Mercury corp. and though it is listed as dead on the USPTO website, it does not release us of all liability. Also even though the full name is Bugzilla Testrunner, if Mercury were to complain they could still have a case (think Lindows vs Windows).

    Is this a concern?
Should we consider a name change?

I personally draw a blank, but are there any suggestions for a new name?

Yep, I think time is coming to think about this. I really never like this name, but I kept it because I didn't want to confuse users.

I don't like this name cause Test Runner doesn't run any tests whatsoever, and this is also confusing.

I think that BTR's code is getting stable and functionallity is at a decent level. Version 1.0 is getting closer and that can be a good time for a name change.

Current trends seem to point to meaningless-but-poetical names, such as 'Jaira' or 'Azureus', just a couple that come to my mind... Another idea is to pick up a name from the Godzilla's universe... what about 'mothra'?

The Mothra Test Manager or TMTM or TM2

just came to my mind... any votes?

That right, Ed? v1.0 coming up? That's great news, I'm using TR professionally on more or less a daily basis and any improvements are much appreciated!

Regarding a name change, I quite like "Mothra Test Manager". Sounds better without the "the" =)

Best regards (and thanks for the software!)

Some more ideas would be to simply cahnge the "runner" to something like keeper or collector.

I rather like the sound of Bugzilla TestKeeper
This would reduce the amount of work in changing file names etc.
