It throw out a JS warning: "event.layerX and event.layerY are broken and deprecated in WebKit. They will be removed from the engine in the near future."
Maybe it relate with this issue: http://bugs.jquery.com/ticket/10531

    the warnings you observe should not be a problem for loading the test plan list...

    The list can be loaded with chrome without any problem in my environment.

    Please, could you describe your environment in more details?

    - which version of testman4trac do you use. There was a problem with jQuery incompatibilies a while ago. It was fixed: http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/9776
    - which other plugins you have installed
    - operating system
    - python version
    - tracd or apache with mod_pythoin
