#426 RWTH: certificate media id and not working after participate

After participation some users have a problem to open certificate, they get a warning sentence.

I know that we ve had this problem before and we wanted to start documenting if this error occurs again because nobody can really tell where it comes from - maybe from the fact that a certificate sometimes still gets a "0_" instead of a valid media id? but why does it work for some time and abruptly not anymore?!

Occured: "Fr 25.02.2011 00:27" for "SelfAssessment im Bereich Mathematik und Naturwissenschaften (Version 1.0)"

(maybe same error for the three of them, but just been recognized later)
