#421 Spielwiese: Reactivating item in deactivated itemblock

I deactivated an itemblock which was based within a subtest. I cannot REactivate that block, so i tried to reactivate the one and only item within that block. testmaker confirmed the reactivation of that item but still item and itemblock are scratched out and look deactivated.

Reactivating items is now possible.
The corresponding parent item-block is then also enabled.
