#418 System failure!
I have succesfully installed this usefull program.
In EVERY page it displayed this error message (sometimes 2-3 lines with the same message):
System failure! An administrator has been notified.
The program works fine (except some errors with Greek fonts inside tests / questions etc ... i changed the default codepage to 8859-7 and now is better)

Thank you for your report. We have verified this issue and are currently working on its resolution.
I tried to use it with some tests for my students. So, I use some TANs. When the students tried to login with their TANs and use their emails thes program stopped responding. A blanc screen appeared and nothing happened. After that we restarted from the home screen, re-enter the TANs but without re-enter email. With phpmyadmin I saw that the emails was saved in database.
Another one "bug" for me is that when I see the completed test-runs I don't know every one who did any test. I think that the program must displays the TANs and/or e-mail of any user who logged with TAN.
Why in every question it does not display the question title when the test is running ??
I used this option (with TANs) in order to make examination exercises for my students.
