Add an alternative quarter rest shaped like a mirrored Z.
For example, see G. Ricordi's edition of Don Pasquale by G. Donizetti,
Atto Primo, Introduzione, measure 4, bass staff:

Many other quarter rests in the same score look slightly different.
This new rest is designed to fit in with the other rests in the Feta
font rather than to reproduce a particular historical look exactly.

Note there is a comment in Rietveld from Werner that needs looking at, but it looks trivial.
Also I assume tihs glyph will appear 'automatically' here

It seems that the scripts that do this are auto-generated and I am not very good at following the scheme construct to make sure that there isn't something hard-coded that we need to do additionally here for the sake of doc
